Shipping & Delivery
: Your package will be shipped within 4 business days, but usually next day. I use USPS first class mail or priority mail services with tracking. Tracking is not available for International packages, however you will receive shipping notification when your International package has shipped. Whenever possible I use recycled or recyclable materials for shipping. I never use non-biodegradable packing peanuts, though I do use bubble wrap (recycled when possible) for glass. Re-using is part of my mode of operation in lightening my ecological footprint. If you require a new box for a gift shipment, please let me know in your comments at check out. You may request plastic free shipping at check out. Just leave a comment when you make your order.
Privacy & Security: I do not share customer names, addresses, or emails with information with other companies and affiliates. This site is hosted on a secure linux server and computer network maintained by a linux security professional.
Returns & Replacements
: At this time Aquarian Bath cannot accept returns or exchanges on soaps due to sanitary concerns. Returns will be accepted on safety sealed products with the seal intact for salves, lip balms, perfumes, and neck pillows less a 20% restocking fee. Refunds do not include shipping fees.
Ordering: For regular orders outside of the Daytona area, please use the shopping cart. Daytona Beach area customers may place orders by email in order to forgo shiping charges: aquarianbath@ gmail.com. I offer free delivery to Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach with orders over $15.00. Orders are considered finalized when processing of the order begins. For custom orders please email aquarianbath@ gmail.com. Custom soap orders for wholesale or parts require 4 weeks lead time for batches made with in stock ingredients.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
: I accept money order, paypal, or google checkout payments. For credit card payments please choose the paypal option; you will have the option to pay by credit card with out setting up a paypal account. Florida residents pay 6.5% sales tax.
Viewing Orders: You may log in to check the status of your order, however I do my best to provide processing and shipment updates via email.
Updating Account Information
: Please be sure that your shipping address matches your shipping address with paypal. I cannot be responsible for shipping costs related to incorrect shipping addresses at paypal or in your AquarianBath account.
